We offer one hour conversations via Zoom that provide the education needed to dramatically reduce stress and anxiety in young people, their families and teaching staff.
To book an appointment, click on the link below and you will receive a confirmation email that contains the log in information for your session. This email also includes a link to our questionnaire and disclaimer. We ask that this be completed before your first session.
In light of the recent global developments surrounding COVID-19, we are aware that stress and anxiety levels are extremely high, both in schools and the wider community. We want to do what we can in order to help support anyone feeling vulnerable during these turbulent times. If, after your session, you would like to make a financial contribution, you will receive an email enabling you to do so, but any payment would be made entirely at your discretion.
