WHO WE ARE
We are an Educational Wellbeing Consultancy based in Hertfordshire, UK, led by ex-teacher, Ed Anthony.
We provide online teaching that reduces stress, anxiety and anger in schools and the family home.
The teaching that we deliver is personalised to ensure that it meets the varied needs of particular individuals. We provide a whole school, or whole family approach that intends to support and transform issues that cause significant damage to wellbeing.

These students attended a voluntary 40 minute session once per week during their time in Sixth Form, and this is how they felt about our programme.

Only 13% of people report living with high levels of good mental health
More than 4 in 10 people say they have experienced depression
The World Health Organisation advises that if we do not act urgently, “…by 2030 depression will be the leading cause of the disease burden globally”
In September 2016, we conducted a weekly programme in The Hertfordshire & Essex High School and Science College - a high-achieving, all girls secondary school.
This programme consisted of one hour-long lunchtime workshop per week for nine Year 11 students and was entirely voluntary - a testament to the value the students have seen in the programme.
These students were offered this opportunity if they were highlighted as having particular behaviour or anxiety issues at school and the results we saw dramatically surpassed the school's expectations.
Here are a selection of some of the highlights of our results.
RESULTS IN A NUTSHELL:
100% improvement in every category in 7 out of 9 students who completed the questionnaire
NO extra provisions required to accommodate anxiety or panic attacks during GCSE exam period for entire year group
100% improvement in attitudes towards family relationships
Significant improvement in each student's health

We are incredibly proud to announce that Laura Anthony, an immensely valuable member of our team, has now completed a Masters-Level research project for Edge Hill University on the effectiveness of bringing this new understanding of the mind into education.

2017 - 2018 School Year SPARK Curricula Analysis: Changes Over Time
The SPARK INITIATIVE create and deliver curricula based on the same form of mental health and wellbeing education that we teach. They predominantly work in challenging communities and schools in the state of Florida. Their results are exceptional.
